The sophomore album can often be difficult for bands. The debut comes with a lifetime of writing to choose from and the second bite of the apple can often result in a lengthy gestation period. Again, refusing to play by the rules, Big Thief refused to be bound by that. Their second LP, 'Capacity', was released in June, just 13 months after their stellar debut album.
The band are now hitting the UK with their live show for a string of festival appearances and support slots, before they return in November for a lengthy headline tour.
Tickets for all dates are available now, but some shows have already sold out. The full summer itinerary is shown below and the band return in November for headline dates.
