Cloud Nothings themselves have spent an inexplicably long time languishing just underneath the mainstream radar. Every album they've unleashed has contained a clutch of songs built for large-scale adoration, yet somehow they've remained in a relative niche. A niche, that is, until this year's 'Life Without Sound'. It may well be a natural progression on what came before, but it's finally caught the imagination of those who weren't paying enough attention before. The album itself, nestled snugly in our top five of the year, is a bombastic tour de force and the tracks from this most recent release are sure to form the lynchpin of the band's live showcase.
The tour starts in Manchester this Thursday, with both bands playing their largest stage to date in the city. From there the band head to Glasgow, Leeds and Bristol before heading home for the holidays.
Tickets for all dates are available now and the tour itinerary is shown below.
