Sprints Tear Into UK Tour

Close your eyes and think of Ireland. The stereotypical soundtrack probably doesn't include racous guitars, yet that's exactly what continues to spill from Dublin and the surrounding areas at the moment. Despite some of the best new music in the world calling Ireland home, it's undoubtedly Sprints who lead the way.

Having recently released 'Modern Job', a sneak preview of an extended play of the same name which is due for release in March 2022, it's the perfect moment for Sprints to emerge on UK roads for their lengthiest headline jaunt to date. As well as an explosive anthem for the sweatiest of basement venues, 'Modern Job' is also a thoughtful take on the experiences of growing up queer - and that's another theme with Ireland's breakout bands of late; they give as much thought to the meaning as the music.

Joining a list of previous singles which already counts the likes of 'Manifesto', 'How Does The Story Go?' and 'Swimming' among it, 'Modern Job' will find itself at home within a setlist already edging out Sprints' peers who are moving onto their second (or even third) albums.
