After the success of their fourth album, last year's 'Rented World', The Menzingers are back in the UK for a series of festival slots, a one-off headline date and a short stint supporting The Offspring.
It's taken a relatively slow four album climb but The Menzingers are now finally receiving the mainstream recognition that their albums have always deserved. From the abrasive 'Lessons In The Abuse Of Information Technology', right through to last year's melody-infused 'Rented World' the band have always succeeded in delivering anthemic choruses and singalong hooks.
Their British shows have always been chaotic and passionate affairs but there's been a clear swelling of interested parties over the past two years and their shows now regularly sell out far in advance of the doors swinging open. And with tracks like 'I Don't Wanna Be An Asshole Anymore' demanding to be screamed along to, who's really surprised?
As part of their packed summer schedule, the band are heading over for a headline show and a string of support slots with The Offspring alongside their previously announced Reading and Leeds appearances.
