More recently, her stunning debut album 'Queensway Tunnel' has been unleashed and will surely find itself nestling in many an end-of-year list in the coming days and weeks. While aspects of her previous pop-glow anthems remain in the full-length tracklisting, there are also many more subtle moments which bristle with vulnerabilities and truly showcase the power of Zuzu's vocal capabilities. The title track itself is a crowning glory which surely sits as one of the best tracks of 2021.
Having recently wowed intimate audiences around the country with a whistlestop tour of record stores for an acoustic set, Zuzu has now packed up the van to hit the road with a full band. These headline dates can't help but feel like a victory lap in a year which, despite its challenges for us all, must surely feel like a glowing success for a true star of the future.
